My experience as a Roundtable member was an important part of my leadership journey. Having a group of trusted peers who I could turn to for input, ideas, and inspiration was so valuable as I took on a new leadership role. While the business benefit was clear—I also enjoyed the friendships that developed within our group.

For fun I enjoy traveling (even in our RV) and experiencing new places, boating on Lake Minnetonka, golfing (I’m no Joe Keller!), and spending time with our grandkids. I’m also a political junkie and enjoy staying up to date on events here and around the world.
